The ski slopes of Alta Badia are just 150 m away. The surroundings offer infinite attractions to be explored both in summer and in winter, including the most exciting ski trails of the Dolomiti Superki area, like the iconic Sellaronda, as well as the splendid Nature Parks Puez-Odle (Puez-Geisler) and Fanes-Sennes-Braies (Fanes-Sennes-Prags).

The house itself has also lots to offer. The facilities include outdoor private parking, ski/bike storage with ski boot dryer, free WI-FI and, in summer, a garden with sun loungers, barbeque and children's playground.
